Okay, the meat is the work is done. All I did was record 50 measures for the solo section and quantize it. “All I did”
STILL TO DO:
-clean drums
-make bass more interesting
-make sure the transposed chorus is Actually Playable on piano. This Is Important.
-tweak balance like I’m sure it needs.
-that fucking synth
-i think i still hate most of it

Brian: “Okay, on your Skyhigh piece: The piano definitely won me over, it’s got a really good tune going on. The synth doesn’t match so well with the rest of the track, in my opinion. I’d say that if you’re going to have that melody playing over it, I suggest a smoother instrument.
I feel like drums should be able to fit in this, but for some reason, it’s not...
